It's simple and easy to activate a plan for someone using the MyDigicel App!
Step 1. If you are on Digicel's network, click 'Connect with your Digicel ID' to log in automatically.
Step 2. Select the Menu button (
) in the top left corner, select 'Additional Services' and click 'Data Gifting'.
Step 3. Enter the number of the recipient at the top of the page. Click on Check Available Plans at the bottom of the page. Select the plan and send to your chosen contact.
Step 4. Once you have selected a plan, you will receive a prompt to verify the purchase of that plan.
Step 5. The person receiving the gift will be given the option to accept or decline the plan. Once they accept, they will receive the plan, and the cost of the plan will be removed from your account.
